Dear Coaches/Coordinators,
                                                          
Please forward as appropriate to your coaches and players. The Jamboree is just days away and hopefully Mother Nature will be on our side again this year. Here is some information and reminders.
 
LOCATION
 
The Jamboree is being held at Southington High School which is located at 720 Pleasant Street Southington, CT 06489 and at Recreation Park Maxwell Noble Drive Southington, CT 06489.  When you check your schedule, make sure to check the top to see the location where your team will be playing.  They will NOT have games at both locations.
 

 
CHECK-IN
 
All teams should check-in upon arrival at the check in tent located at the entrance of the jamboree and provide the name and cell phone number of the head coach.  Both locations will have a check in tent.  Please check in at the school/location where you will play.
 
SCHEDULES
Once schedules have been confirmed, they will be emailed to all team contacts. PLEASE BRING YOUR PRINTED SCHEDULES WITH YOU. To save on paper and cost, we will not
have coach packets this year. There will be schedules posted and available at the information booth but they will not be distributed. You may want to let your parents know to bring their own schedule as well.
 
Each team will play 4 games. Games are 25 minutes in length with 5 minute breaks between games. If you notice a mistake, please let us know right away. If we have to make any changes to the schedule, we will send out a final copy the Friday  before the Jamboree (5/1/15)
 
WEATHER
 
We will hold the event rain or shine, however, in the event of lightning we will suspend play and ask that everyone take shelter. Returning to your cars may be the best place to wait. Games will resume 30 minutes after the last lightning is observed. We will resume play with the games that are scheduled at the time the lightning delay ends.
 
PARKING
 
Parking is available in the front parking lot of Southington High School.  Please remind parents to adhere to NO PARKING restrictions as they are strictly enforced.
 
TRAINER
 
During the event, we will have AMR Medics available by the vendor booths. 
 
FOOD – DRINK – OTHER CONCESSIONS
 
Once again, we will have a full range of concessions available during the event provided by Southington High School Blue Knights Lacrosse Booster Club and appreciate your support. A menu is posted under the Girls Jamboree tab.

Also - visit our T-shirt booth where we will have our annual jamboree T-shirt available and some other great items. Credit cards will be accepted!
 
PLEASE NOTE, AS WE ARE PLAYING ON A TOWN FIELD, PETS AND GRILLS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT.
